The aspirants of the post of Vanrakshak (Forest Guard) in Rajasthan can heave a sigh of relief as the complete details in this regard has been published by Rajasthan Forest Department vide its advertisement dated 17.01.2013 published in the newspapers. The notification has been issued for recruitment of 852 Vanrakshak in various districts of Rajasthan. The entire application process will be handled through online mode. There is a separate dedicated website for handling the application process (www.examforest.rajasthan.gov.in) and Online Application Form for Vanrakshak can be submitted through this portal. The prescribed educational qualification for the position of Vanrakshak in Rajasthan is Secondary Exam or equivalent exam passed from a recognised Board.

The application forms for the post of Van Rakshak can be submitted through online mode only. The candidates have to first deposit the requisite fee through E-mitra Kiosk or Common Service Centre (CSC) and provide the required personal details at the time of payment of application fee. After payment of fee, the concerned E-mitra Kiosk or CSC, as the case may be, will issue a slip/ receipt which will contain the Token No. also. The candidates may thereafter apply online on the above mentioned dedicated website using the Token No. issued at the time of payment of fee.The necessary instructions for filling and submission of Rajasthan Vanrakshak Online Application Form (2013) are also being provided on the aforesaid website. An Application ID will be generated/ available upon submission of online application form. The candidates should preserve the application ID carefully as the same would be required for generation of admit card, etc. The pattern of Vanrakshak Exam 2013 (including type of questions) is given in the advertisement.

Rajasthan Vanrakshak Exam Admit Card / Pravesh Patra / Permission Letter will be made available online on the above stated portal for Vanrakshak recruitment as per the schedule given in the table above. The candidates have to download Rajasthan Vanrakshak Bharti Pravesh Patra / Permission Letter Online only by entering Application ID and token number as it will not be sent by post in physical form. The applicants should paste their photograph on the admit card downloaded online and show the same at time of examination together with valid identity card, namely, Passport, Photo PAN Card, Driving License, Adhar Card, Photo Voter ID, Government / Defense Photo Identity Card.
